We heavily reviewing any alternative lodging options before making a reservation through the Hilton. Since this was a holiday weekend we were unable to receive any special rates and most hotels in the area were sold out well in advance. Several guests had had luck finding beautiful air bnb rentals in the area.

All room block reservations must be finalized before October 1st 2026. Any unreserved rooms will be released back into the hotel system and will no longer be guaranteed beginning October 1st. All reservations confirmed on October 1st cannot be canceled without incurring fees. Please make sure to have your lodging plans finalized by October 1st if choosing to use the room block.
